Signed up for a 7 day trial for $7.95. Stated that if I cancelled in 3 days that I would only be billed $2.95.

When I attempted to cancel on the third day, in the Help (joke) FAQ'S, it read "Go to "My Home" page and "click on cancel membership ", there was NOTHING there that read "Cancel my membership ". I went around in circles on this for a few days and finally, after sending an email request and calling, was able to speak with a live person. I explained to him what had happened and he cancelled my membership but proceeded to tell me that they had attempted to charge my credit card twice since the 18th. I signed up on August 17, 2017.

I asked that if there were any charges on my card, would they reimburse to me and he told me no. When his supervisor called me at my request, she was extremely RUDE and said that without proof of the error, they would not reimburse any charges and that I owed them $29.95 and that they would continue to attempt to get it from my card.
