I was alerted by AMEX to a charge from PF Rewards. I did not authorize the charge and had a new card issued with a different card number.

This did not stop People Finders from trying to charge the old card again and again. I continued to receive fraud warnings from American Express. Regardless of how you did (or didn't) sign-up for PF, in order to cancel your membership you have to log into their website with your email and password (that you used when you thought you were getting a free trial) and cancel your account using the MY HOME tab.

There's also a 1-800 number you can contact to reach their customer service department, but from what I've read that's a much more difficult process. Good luck!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
